Under the terms of the agreement, owners of VinFast electric vehicles will enjoy a range of high-quality aftersales services, such as warranty processing, recommended maintenance routines, and access to new equipment and accessories, all aligned with Mobivia’s renowned standards of excellence. With a legacy spanning more than five decades and a portfolio of trusted brands including Norauto, Midas, ATU, Auto 5, and Carter-Cash, Mobivia is uniquely positioned to enhance customer service significantly.
Dedicated to sustainable mobility, Mobivia offers a maintenance package specifically for electric vehicles and continues to advance the expertise of its technicians. This effort includes an academy located in Villeneuve d’Ascq, France, and several specialized EV-Centers throughout Germany. Support for this network is further bolstered by a dedicated call center and a research and development center, staffed by engineers expert in cutting-edge electric vehicle technologies.
