The facelifted fourth-generation Hyundai Tucson has arrived in South Africa with a revamped design, enhanced interior and latest technological upgrades.

The Tucson lineup is priced lower than its predecessor, with the TUCSON 2.0 Premium now available for R559,900, reflecting a R39,000 reduction. The Hyundai TUCSON R2.0D Executive is priced at R709,900, while the flagship Hyundai TUCSON R2.0D N Line AWD is listed at R859,900.
The Tucson 2.0 Premium, equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels, delivers a range of standard features, wireless charging, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, rear air vents, cruise control, a reverse camera, front and rear parking sensors, blind spot monitoring, and premium artificial leather upholstery. A 2.0L four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine powers the model, delivering 115kW and 192Nm of torque.
The mid-tier Tucson 2.0 Executive model stands out with upgraded aspects, including sleek 19-inch alloy wheels, fully automatic climate control, and electronically adjustable artificial leather front seats with heating and ventilation capabilities. It is powered by Hyundai’s reliable 2.0L four-cylinder turbodiesel engine, producing 137kW and 416Nm of torque, which drives the front wheels through an efficient eight-speed automatic transmission.
The flagship Tucson 2.0 N Line stands out with 19-inch N Line alloy wheels, body-colored accents, and a panoramic sunroof. It offers adaptive cruise control, suede and artificial leather seats, and advanced safety traits like collision avoidance, lane assistance, fatigue detection, and rear cross-traffic alert. Utilizing the same 137kW/416Nm turbodiesel engine as the Executive model, it channels power to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission.
