Tesla has raised the prices of the Model S and Model X by $10,000, including added benefits such as the Full Self-Driving package, free Supercharging for a lifetime, Premium Connectivity, and a new four-year Premium Service plan.
In an effort to stir up interest, the automaker is revising its pricing and standard features. Tesla is now including the new ‘Luxe Package’ as a standard offering on all Model S and Model X vehicles.
The package bundles Full Self-Driving (FSD), which was previously sold separately for $8,000, with every Model S and Model X. While the company says FSD will eventually enable fully autonomous driving without human supervision, it currently operates as a Level 2 driver assistance system. Additionally, Tesla is launching a new ‘Four-Year Premium Service’ package, which includes a tire and windshield protection plan along with routine maintenance. This service covers scheduled tasks such as wheel alignments, tire rotations, front camera cleaning, and replacement of the HEPA filter, cabin filter, and wiper blades.

The automaker is also reinstating the free lifetime Supercharging. Tesla once offered this benefit on Model S and X models but discontinued it in 2018, citing sustainability concerns. However, the benefit has occasionally returned as a sales incentive, most recently in December as part of a year-end promotion.
Furthermore, Premium Connectivity is offered with the purchase, unlocking access to bandwidth-heavy features such as live traffic visualization, satellite-view maps, and video streaming. Typically priced at $10 per month or $100 annually, the upgrade arrives alongside a noticeable increase in vehicle pricing.
The Model S now starts at $94,990, with the Plaid variant priced at $109,990. Meanwhile, the Model X begins at $99,990, and the quicker Plaid version comes in at $114,990.
