The 2026 Nissan Sentra, now in its ninth generation, remains impressively budget-friendly. The compact sedan has received a substantial redesign while retaining its existing platform and powertrain. The manufacturer has also revamped the interior, giving it a more refined look and feel.
The base model Sentra S is priced at $23,645 for 2026, reflecting an $810 increase over the previous model (including the $1,245 destination fee). Standard features now include a 12.3-inch infotainment display, a 7.0-inch driver information screen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, and full LED headlights. Heated front seats and side mirrors are available for an additional $500.
The SV trim begins at $24,415 and comes equipped with dual 12.3-inch displays, multiple drive modes, including a new Sport mode, and automatic climate control. For an extra $900, the Convenience Package adds heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and ambient interior lighting, while a moonroof is available for an additional $650.

The sport-oriented SR trim sees a $410 price increase for the new model year, now starting at $26,245. It comes with distinctive front and rear fascias, black side sills, 18-inch alloy wheels, and a wireless charging pad. For an additional $650, Nissan offers an All-Weather Package that includes dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel.
The $2,300 Premium Package includes an eight-speaker Bose audio system, a surround-view camera, and Nissan’s ProPilot Assist.
For 2026, the Sentra SL trim makes a return, starting at $29,235. It comes fully equipped with the Bose sound system, ProPilot Assist, and quilted TailorFit seats, with no optional packages offered.

Nissan will offer three exterior color choices for the Sentra S, which are shared across all trims. The SV adds three more options, including the newly introduced Imperial Bronze. The SR features exclusive two-tone combinations with a black roof, while the SL boasts the most extensive selection of colors in the lineup.
All Sentra models are equipped with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that delivers 149 horsepower and 146 pound-feet of torque, mated to a continuously variable transmission driving the front wheels. The new Sentra is expected to hit dealerships before the end of the year.
