Hyundai Motor America has rolled out Hyundai Rewards, a complimentary customer loyalty program designed to elevate the ownership experience. The program delivers benefits such as price reductions on vehicle purchases and Bluelink-connected services, available to both new and current Hyundai owners. Enrollment is through the MyHyundai account, and members accumulate rewards by participating in activities such as routine maintenance and utilizing BlueLink functionalities.
Hyundai Rewards differs from other automotive loyalty programs by offering free membership with no credit checks or credit card requirements.
The Rewards is organized into three membership levels: Silver, Gold, and Blue, with Blue offering the highest benefits. All participants are enrolled at the Silver tier upon joining. This entry-level status provides members with a 50% discount on BlueLink Connected Car and Remote services. Silver-tier members are also eligible for a $250 discount when purchasing a new Hyundai electric vehicle.

At the Gold level, members receive a $300 discount on electric vehicles and $250 off on models with internal combustion engines. The Blue tier offers the most substantial benefits, including $400 off EV purchases, $300 off ICE vehicles, and a 60% discount on BlueLink services, requiring only 40% of the subscription cost.
Members can move up the Hyundai Rewards tiers by participating in a range of eligible activities throughout the calendar year. These include attending scheduled maintenance appointments and actively using BlueLink services, such as paying for subscription, utilizing remote vehicle services, or accessing the digital key feature. Additional qualifying actions include purchasing or leasing a new or certified pre-owned Hyundai vehicle and completing manufacturer recalls.
Hyundai’s strategy focuses on recognizing customers’ everyday needs instead of implementing complicated reward mechanisms. The rewards program enables customers to gain benefits through regular interactions with the brand, such as service visits or accessing connected services.
