Mercedes-Benz Vans has introduced an updated version of the eVito, with expanded battery capacity and support for rapid charging. Mercedes now offers its eVito panel van with a 90kWh battery, nearly doubling its range to an impressive 298 miles. The updated eVito address the rising demand for electric commercial vehicles, providing a range of 480 kilometers per charge and greater adaptability for delivery and urban transport.
The eVito panel van was previously equipped with a 60 kWh battery and an 85 kW electric motor. The latest eVito panel van comes with two motor choices: the standard 85 kW motor and the 150 kW motor, delivering superior performance and dynamic handling. The 90 kWh battery enables quicker charging, enhancing the van’s practicality for everyday business tasks.

The van’s two length options remains fixed at 5,140 mm for the long (A2) and 5,390 mm for the extra-long (A3) versions. With the battery in the underbody, the interior offers up to 6.6 m³ of loading space, crucial for goods transportation across various industries.
The 90kWh version of the eVito provides a maximum recharge rate up to 110kW compared to the 60kWh model. However, charging the larger battery takes slightly longer, requiring 40 minutes for a 10-80% recharge versus 35 minutes for the smaller battery. In terms of payload, the standard ‘A2’ eVito supports 714kg, while the extended ‘A3’ version allows 581kg—both falling short of the 923kg capacity of the original 2020 eVito.

The panel van variants include a water-cooled AC onboard charger (OBL) with a maximum capacity of 11 kW, making it suitable for AC charging at commercial locations, company courtyards, or public stations. The CCS charging socket in the front left bumper enables fast DC charging for quicker power-ups.
Similar to the eVito Tourer, the eVito panel van comes standard with features such as the MBUX multimedia system, KEYLESS Start, and electric starter brake. It also incorporates safety systems like ATTENTION ASSIST, Active Brake Assist, Blind Spot Assist, and a reversing camera.
The eVito panel van starts at €46,007.93 for the 90 kWh battery; including a four-year maintenance package covering service costs along with an eight-year Mercedes-Benz battery certificate valid up to 160,000 kilometers.
