India’s top luxury carmakers are bringing festive excitement to the premium auto market with a range of price reductions, flexible finance schemes, and limited-time offers during the Dhanteras and Diwali season.
The positive consumer sentiment this year has been further boosted by favorable GST reforms, allowing brands to extend significant price benefits to customers.
Industry experts say the combination of GST 2.0 benefits and festive discounts has created an ideal environment for buyers. “In the luxury segment, discounts are often packaged with added value such as service, extended warranty, and interest subvention.
This is a good window for buyers, though similar offers are likely to return around December and March,” noted Anurag Singh, Advisor at Primus Partners.

The offers come at a time when India’s luxury car market has shown only modest growth in 2025. Sales of luxury vehicles reached about 22,900 units in the first half of the year, up just 1.8% from the same period in 2024.
Industry analysts attribute the slowdown to global geopolitical tensions and stock market fluctuations that made high-end consumers more cautious.
BMW Group India has rolled out its ‘Joy Days’ campaign, featuring ex-showroom price reductions of up to ₹13.6 lakh following GST 2.0 implementation.
The company is also offering flexible finance options under BMW Smart Finance, including Bullet and Balloon Payment Plans, Assured Buyback, and interest rates starting at 6.75%.
“This year, it’s going to be even more special as customers can take double advantage of exclusive financial offers and reduced prices,” said Hardeep Singh Brar, President and CEO of BMW Group India.

Mercedes-Benz India has launched its ‘Dream Days’ campaign, running until October 31, offering EMIs starting at just 1% of the ex-showroom price, zero down payment options, trade-in benefits, and flexible payment plans.
The brand is also hosting curated experiences and engagement events in major cities, including Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kochi.
Meanwhile, Audi India has introduced its ‘Journeys of Imagination’ campaign under the ‘Journey with Audi’ platform, offering low-EMI finance options and a new buyback program.
“The festive season not only celebrates tradition and togetherness but also fuels demand in the luxury automotive segment,” said Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India.
