Hyundai Mobis, the auto parts arm of Hyundai Motor Group, has secured sixth place in the ‘2025 Top Suppliers’ ranking by Automotive News, maintaining its position among the world’s top 10 for the fourth year in a row.
This recognition comes amid persistent uncertainty in the global automotive sector, driven by economic instability and evolving trends in vehicle electrification.
Published annually by the U.S.-based automotive publication, the ranking evaluates the top 100 auto parts suppliers worldwide based on their sales to automakers, excluding aftermarket revenue. In 2024, Hyundai Mobis posted sales of approximately 45 trillion won ($32.8 billion), placing it behind global leaders Bosch, Denso, Magna, ZF, and CATL.

Hyundai Mobis has been a regular in the global top 10 since 2011, a rise largely attributed to its robust R&D investments and strategic focus on high-value components for future mobility solutions. Responding to the accelerating demand for electric vehicles, the company continues to evolve with the industry’s shift.
For 2025, Hyundai Mobis plans to boost its R&D investment by 16% to 2.02 trillion won ($1.63 billion). As of Q1 2025, its global R&D workforce surpassed 7,700 professionals.

Reflecting its forward-looking approach, the company introduced a new corporate vision this year: ‘Lead the Shift in Mobility, Move the World beyond Possibilities,’ underlining its ambition to transcend conventional parts manufacturing.
With a stable international production network, Hyundai Mobis has set a target of $7.44 billion in new orders for 2025, reinforcing its commitment to bolstering its global leadership in the mobility sector.
