Ford Motors will offer employee pricing discounts to customers across most of its U.S. lineup, including models built overseas from Thursday, in response to the Trump administration’s 25% tariffs on imported vehicles.
Ford Motors is introducing a ‘From America, For America’ campaign, allowing consumers to take advantage of employee pricing. It applies to Ford and Lincoln vehicles, providing potential savings of thousands of dollars on each one. The offer will be valid at dealerships across the U.S. from April 3 to June 2.
As part of the campaign, Ford will extend its employee-pricing program, known as the A Plan, to consumers for most 2024 and 2025 Ford models. Additionally, Ford is expanding its scheme, which includes a free home charger and complimentary installation for buyers or lessees of all-electric vehicles through June 30.

At the end of March, Ford’s dealer network had a 64-day supply of new vehicles and an additional 74 days of inventory in transit, according to Robert Kaffl, director of U.S. sales and dealer relations. This is referred to as a healthy level of inventory for the industry.
Ford is also extending its ‘Ford Power Promise’ program for customers who purchase or lease a Mustang Mach-E, F-150 Lightning, or E-Transit Cargo Van. Originally scheduled to end last month, the program will now continue until the end of June.

However, certain vehicles are excluded from the offer, such as Raptors, the newly released 2025 Ford Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator. Ford’s highly profitable 2025 Super Duty trucks are also not included, and the promotion is not available to fleet customers.
Ford reported a 1.3% decline in U.S. sales for the first quarter, citing reduced commercial fleet sales and the discontinuation of the Edge crossover as key factors. On the other hand, March sales showed improvement, rising by 10%, driven by a notable 19% increase in retail sales.
