ADM Global has launched a long-term program to train and upgrade the qualifications of around 500 highly skilled auto engineers in Uzbekistan, with implementation planned through 2030.
The initiative is designed to support the development of the national automotive industry by preparing specialists capable of contributing to advanced engineering and production.
The training process will be carried out through partnerships with leading technical universities in China and South Korea, as well as the research and development centers, experimental design institutes, and design hubs of major automotive manufacturers.

The project follows two tracks, with engineers and technologists from the ADM Global group participating in medium-term and long-term practical programs lasting between three and twelve months.
These placements will take place at the global R&D and design centers of companies such as Kia, Chery, GWM, and Changan in China and South Korea, giving trainees direct access to the expertise of leading international automotive brands.
Students from Uzbekistan’s technical higher education institutions will be selected through competitive admission and given the opportunity to study free of charge at partner universities in China that work closely with major manufacturers.

The program focuses on specialized, practice-oriented education aligned with the needs of the modern automotive sector.
The initiative aims to develop not only specialists capable of repairing vehicles but also engineers who can design new products, innovate mechanisms and components, test engineering solutions, and apply them in real industrial settings.
The rollout of the ‘Engineering Forsaj’ program is expected to help Uzbekistan move beyond vehicle assembly and into the development of high-tech automotive solutions, strengthening the country’s position in the global automotive market.
