Audi’s China-only EV marque, AUDI, revealed the E SUV concept at Auto Guangzhou 2025, offering a preview of its second all-electric production vehicle. Set for a 2026 debut, the model is tailored to the preferences of China’s premium SUV buyers.
Just a year after launching the AUDI sub-brand—the joint venture between Audi and SAIC—the company is already moving forward with its second production model, following the E5 Sportback’s market introduction in September.
The concept appears almost ready for production, featuring the same design language as its sleek sibling. Distinctive elements include wraparound lights at both the front and rear, along with smooth body surfaces and sculpted fenders.

The E SUV concept is a sizable electric SUV built on the Advanced Digitized Platform (ADP), a digital-first architecture developed in collaboration with SAIC. The SUV is powered by two electric motors, one on each axle, producing a combined output of 500 kW (670 hp) and allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in around five seconds.
Equipped with a 109kWh battery, the SUV delivers a driving range of over 700 km under China’s CLTC cycle. With the support of the 800-volt platform, the battery can gain 320 km of range in just 10 minutes at a fast-charging station.
The vehicle also features the AUDI 360 Driving Assist System, a suite of technologies designed for Chinese traffic conditions, including city congestion, highway driving, and automated parking assistance.

The electric SUV also boasts short overhangs, flush door handles, and camera-based side mirrors, while fin-shaped C-pillars give it a distinctive silhouette.
According to CarNewsChina, the E SUV will be available in both RWD and AWD variants, featuring an all-electric model alongside an EREV (extended-range electric vehicle) option.
The new model is expected to start at around ¥260,000, with its launch anticipated for early 2026.
