Audi has unveiled a redesigned version of its myAudi app, integrating artificial intelligence features co-developed with CARIAD and powered by ChatGPT technology.
The updated application bridges the vehicle, smartphone, and web interfaces through a unified design, enhancing user interaction and connectivity.
A key addition is the AI assistant, capable of accessing the car’s logbook and answering technical queries from the onboard manual, offering real-time support to drivers.
The app also features a digital key function that enables users to lock, unlock, and start their vehicles via smartphones or smartwatches, eliminating the need for a physical key.

A newly introduced shopping tab provides personalized product recommendations tailored to each vehicle model, including digital services and physical accessories.
The app continues to support established functions such as route planning, charging management, and vehicle data monitoring.
For electric vehicle owners, myAudi facilitates comprehensive charging control, including Plug & Charge, range displays, and battery preconditioning for compatible models.
The route planner offers charging station data, optimized stop suggestions, and the option to send routes directly to the vehicle. Users can also manage home charging infrastructure through the app.

Currently available in over 50 markets across Europe and the Pacific region, the updated app will soon expand to Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
Audi confirmed ongoing development to introduce new features and further simplify digital mobility for customers.
