BMW Charging and MINI Charging have teamed up with Digital Charging Solutions (DCS) to introduce a fleet application that simplifies monitoring and centralized billing for electric vehicle (EV) fleets.
The solution links individual charging accounts of fleet drivers to a central company account, with all charging sessions automatically invoiced and consolidated into a single payment for the business.
The application is aimed at small and medium-sized companies managing up to 50 EVs. It provides a central dashboard showing all charging sessions and generates one combined invoice.

The system comes with no setup costs and includes automatic reimbursement for fleet drivers. Drivers benefit from the same tariffs, brand experience, and features as private customers.
To implement the solution, fleet managers must first create a company account with Charge Now. Drivers then create business customer accounts with BMW Charging or MINI Charging, activate company billing, and link their accounts to the central company account.
This allows all charging sessions to be automatically billed to the company without requiring advance payments or manual reimbursements.

Fleet managers gain a consolidated overview of up to 50 vehicles, even from different brands, while drivers continue to enjoy features such as plug and charge, integrated in-vehicle functions, and access through the My BMW App or MINI App.
The solution was launched in August across 11 European markets, including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Eight additional countries joined in September: Sweden, Norway, Poland, Czechia, Denmark, Slovakia, Hungary, and Finland.
