Hyundai Motor Company is gearing up to debut the high-performance IONIQ 6 N electric sports sedan on July 10 at the prestigious Goodwood Festival of Speed. The IONIQ 6 N will deliver a bold fusion of innovation and performance, flaunting Hyundai’s most advanced electric vehicle technology.
Hyundai states that the IONIQ 6 N expands on the achievements of the IONIQ 5 N by incorporating its innovative ‘N e-shift technology,’ now integrated across all driving modes for enhanced performance and driver engagement.
The IONIQ 6 N boasts a completely reworked suspension setup optimized for its sleek, low-slung profile. With a reduced roll center and an extended caster trail, the 6 N is designed to sharpen steering response and boost driver engagement. Complementing this is a new set of electronically controlled stroke-sensing dampers (ECS), fine-tuned to strike an ideal balance between ride comfort and handling precision.

Hyundai has equipped the IONIQ 6 N with a new ‘N Ambient Shift Light’ system, inspired by the LED indicators found on Formula 1 steering wheels. This feature visually alerts drivers as they near the simulated redline, heightening performance awareness and race-inspired excitement behind the wheel.
The upgraded N Drift Optimizer brings expanded tuning options for drift control, allowing drivers to adjust settings based on their individual skill level. On the exterior, performance-focused elements like widened fenders, ultra-light wheels, and an aerodynamic swan-neck rear wing emphasize the car’s high-octane character and track-ready posture.
The IONIQ 6 N will make its first public appearance at the Goodwood Festival, joining the lineup of Hyundai N performance models during the event.
